I’m slightly ashamed to admit that I’ve been so busy lately that my 1 yr blogiverary passed right by and before I know it, mid-October is right around the corner. I find myself making a lot of chocolate chip date cakes this time of the year…..so rich, so yummy and it brings back sweet memories of the California date country where I grew up. My least favorite: pumpkin pie – inhaled one during a pie eating contest as a child and have never forgotten the pumpkin pie spice smell in my nose for days afterwards. I will eat pumpkin custards but if you put it in a pie shell I will shy away from it…..strange, huh? Thanks for the giveaway and happy Blogaversary!
