Although you guys hear various stories about me, usually it relates back to the food I am sharing with you at the time. Today I thought I would share some random things about me to give you a different look at the girl behind the blog. :) These are in no particular order, just what came to mind first. Hope you enjoy!
- I love Ceasar Salad! I always order one when I go out to eat, but no one can beat my mom’s. Simply put…AMAZING!!
- Can’t turn down garlic bread, no matter what.
- I am obsessed with cheese
- …… and wine
- ….. and chocolate
- I remind my grandma often that I will steal her Jazz collection if she doesn’t keep a close eye on it.
- I am currently searching for the perfect Buffalo Chicken Pizza, no chicken add pineapple – so far BJ’s Brewhouse is winning
- I can look at paint and somehow get it on me. It’s a talent really.
- Avocados have found a special place in my heart. I start to get the shakes if it’s been too long since I’ve had one.
- Being on a boat on the water, near the water, in the water…pretty much anything to do with the water is my happy place.
- Due to previous comment, I finally tried wakeboarding last summer and beat myself up. I’ll probably try it again this summer.
- I have an amazing family! SOO BLESSED!!
- I add things to my to-do list after I’ve done them just so I can cross it off.
- I have a 3 legged dog named Chloe who is fiesty and sassy but adorable and loves unconditionally. She’s sometimes lucky the last 2 overrule the first 2.
- Tomatoes straight off the vine are amazing.
- I overuse exclamation points and dots when I blog…..and I’m ok with that!!
- I love my friends!
- I had a cancerous mole removed in 2008. It was scary, awakening and a blessing it wasn’t anything more than a bad scar after it was said and done.
- Peanut butter and pickle sandwiches are delicious.
- I am very indecisive.
- I have a wonderful husband who is my best friend.
- I start listening to Christmas music in October.
- I’m addicted to Starbucks Black Iced Tea.
- I loathe dressing up for Halloween parties.
- Sometimes I skip because I’m happy. Have you ever tried skipping when you are in a bad mood….I really don’t think it’s possible. Skip away my friends!

Thanks so much for these things. It made my day. We are both in our 70′s, recovering from surgery, BOTH, and just waiting to feel better. Lots not done here at home, but daughter will help. Praise the Lord for her.
