Strawberries are in full bloom and I am enjoying every sweet, juicy bite. A few weekends ago we went to the Farmer’s Market and the selection was over flowing with salad greens and strawberries. 3 different types of greens and a bundle of strawberries went into the bag and at 9am I was already craving lunch. I’ve been obsessed with this salad combo ever since I discovered Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette .
You always here how easy it is to make dressings, and I am here to tell you that is absolutely true. The longest part is whisking the sugar until it dissolves. The vinaigrette keeps the salad light and brings all the flavors together. Sweet, salty, crunchy, tangy, and tasty!!
Do you have a favorite spring/summer salad combo?
