Air Fried Chicken

Im sure you know all about the latest kitchen gadget.. The air fryer! I’ve stumbled on the best recipe for fried chicken and its pretty healthy too. If you’re not aware, an air fryer uses air and a small bit of oil to fry, incredible. Let me tell you some of the benefits.

  • Using less oil makes the dish a lot healthier, apparently it can cook with 70% less far!
  • Tastes the same as normal friend food.
  • It’s cooked all around, not just the top and bottom.
  • Easy to clean.
  • You can bake, grill, roast, all sorts depending on the size of your model, so make sure you get the best air fryer you can.

Ingredients

  • 200g Chicken
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon pepper
  • Baking Spray

Cooking Process

Rinse and place chicken in bag with enough buttermilk to cover. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
Mix flour and salt/pepper together (you can also try Ranch dressing mix or your choice of seasoning) in a bag.
Remove chicken from bag and pat with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Dip chicken in egg.
Put chicken into bag with flour mixture and toss to coat.
Spray lightly with baking spray for extra crispy skin (optional).
“Fry” in air fryer for 20 minutes at 390 ° C.
